I lived nextdoor to a hairdresser/ salon owner growing up. I can remember always LOVING  getting to go to  her salon.  There was something about the beauty industry that sparked happiness in me from a very young age. I felt there was truly something so magical about being at the salon and I knew early on it was where I was meant to be in life! From then on, I never even considered a different path.

My goal is to make you as happy as 7 year old Kristi at the salon when you leave my chair!

I believe hair is a huge part of our identity! I find this to be especially true of hair color. Changing your hair color or getting that perrrrfect shade of blonde can be so powerful and confidence boosting! This is why I specialize in blonding & color. I absolutely love being a part of making people feel confident and beautiful! 

I have been in this incredible industry for over 14 years now! I went to beauty school immediately after graduating high school, and got my first job right out of  beauty school at the salon I grew up going to. I worked at that salon for almost 6 years before opening Lavish with my best friend/business partner in March of 2015. In February of 2020 we decided it was time for a change and expansion! We started the journey of finding a new space to create our new salon home. Fast forward through the pandemic and 16 months later, we moved to our new location in July of 2021! 
Being co-owner of Lavish Hair Studio and Spa has been a dream come true! Over the years I have grown a deep love for salon ownership, hair education, honing my craft and have gained some certifications along the way.

I love everything about my career! Hair and salon business is my biggest passion in life and I am so thankful for it everyday!
